Analytics Dashboards

Analytics dashboards are available only to CommCenter administrators. They are reached from the dashboard routes in CommCenter and are intended for monitoring publishing activity, website usage and AI search behavior.

Website Analytics

The Website Analytics dashboard shows Google Analytics data for the selected organization. Administrators can view:

  • page views, active users, sessions and average engagement per session
  • page views over time, with range and granularity controls
  • school and content type breakdowns when viewing all schools
  • traffic by device category
  • top pages, top announcements and top features

The All Schools toggle expands the view beyond the selected organization when available. The Sync Google Analytics button manually starts a Google Analytics sync. Syncing also runs automatically each day, so manual sync should be used only when fresh data is needed.

AI Search Analytics

The AI Search Analytics dashboard summarizes site search and AI chat usage. Administrators can review:

  • total searches, AI chat queries, keyword-only searches and no-result searches
  • AI chat feedback coverage, helpful rate, thumbs down count and rated chat count
  • search volume and feedback over time
  • most downvoted queries
  • user-submitted improvement feedback
  • top searches and search detail records
  • no-result queries that may indicate content gaps
  • searches by school

Use this dashboard to identify content gaps, confusing search behavior and AI answers that need content or response improvements.

Publishing Overview

The Publishing Overview dashboard shows publishing activity by date range and organization. It includes published message totals, announcement and feature/story counts, schools publishing, publishing volume over time, schools with no recent publishing, school publishing summary and recent published messages.
