# Destinations
Destinations are used only for notifications. Notifications can be configured to show on all district and school websites, just a group of websites (e.g. high schools), or a single school. This allows for more precise delivery of important information.
# Destination List
The destination list includes every district school and the district website. It also inclues a 'district-wide' selection that includes all school websites as well as the distric website.
When adding a new destination (for example, a new school), it must be added while that particular school is selected. Adding the destination while a different organization is selected may cause unexpected behavior when directing announcements or features to that site.
# Troubleshooting Notifications
If a notification has been published, but is not showing on its intended website, the likely cause is that the destination hasn't been set.
