Schools / Organizations

This list contains detailed information about the district and each school within the district. This single source of school information is used in multiple places:

• as the primary source of data for the School Directory app
• as the primary source of data for the 'school profile' page template
• many of the data points (telephone numbers, addresses, principal, logo/mascot file locations, etc.) are used throughout the website in order to provide consistent information

Entering / Changing Data

School information is readily changed via the editing form. Simply click on the school to open it. Some fields are free-text fields and require pressing the enter button for the new entry to be recorded. There is a save button at the bottom of the form; be sure to save changes when editing is complete.

School Offerings

School offerings are chosen from a pre-populated list. Free-text entry is not allowed. If the desired offering is not available, see the 'Offerings' section for instructions on how to add an additional offering.
