# Profiles

Profiles are used to create entries for a People feed for individuals who are not employees (for example, Board of Education members.)

# Creating / Editing Profiles

Profiles may be created by using the 'Add Profile' button at the bottom right. Profiles may be edited simply by clicking on the profile itself.

Fill in the follwing information for the profile:

  • Employee: (not used at this time)
  • Preferred Name: the individual's first and last name.
  • Preferred Title: the individual's title.
  • Biography: complete a brief biography or description if desired. HTML tags may be used for formatting.
  • Preferred Office: the individual's location (an address or a buildig name.
  • Preferred Phone: the individual's phone number.
  • Preferred Email: the individual's email address.
  • Is Public: make sure the switch is to the right.
  • Photo URL: enter a URL for a photo

Use the 'Save' button at the bottom of the form when complete.
